Director, Customer Relationship Marketing
BIO: As Director of customer relationship marketing, Tracie works with our clients to develop strong CRM strategies that lead to increased loyalty and improved ROI. She has over 25 years of experience in nearly all facets of marketing and has extensive loyalty and frequency marketing experience. Prior to joining Duffey Petrosky, Tracie held leadership positions at Campbell-Ewald, where she was executive vice president, manager, CRM, as well as a member of the board of directors. There, she managed extensive dealer marketing programs for General Motors — selling dealers on new vehicle marketing promotions and service reminder programs. Additionally, she created several turnkey field marketing programs for USPS and US Navy.
Her portfolio also includes industry-leading loyalty strategies for many clients including GM, OnStar, GM Card, Wyndham Hotels, Holiday Inn, Continental Airlines, University of Michigan and many others.
Currently, Tracie and the CRM team are managing programs for Fiat Chrysler Auto Group, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, La-Z-Boy and Ally Auto. Tracie holds a B.S. degree in communications from Michigan State University.Download a press bio and photo
